My One Month Old Fell Off The Bed Last Night

My one month old fell off the bed last night onto our hard wooden floor. He cried right away and did not lose consciousness and has not vomited nor shows any signs of a concussion. However, he cries louder and longer than usual and has a high pitched wail when laid on his back which makes for a difficult time changing diapers. He is more fussy during feeds, and seemingly more gassy than normal. Is it possible these are delayed symptoms of a serious head injury? Or is he just sore from the fall?
