My One Month Old Got Bit By A Horsefly That

My one month old got bit by a horsefly that flew out of his blanket about an hour ago, when we walked to our pond. There are at least two bite marks and abit of blood on his pajamas. No swelling. we washed with cool water and soap. Would you recommend anything else?
