My One Year Old Had Tubes Put In Last Week

My one year old had tubes put in last week but she is having high fevers with a lot of drainage I took her back to the ent Dr who said she has a blood clot inside and checking for mrsa she will have another ear surgery February 2nd should I be worried about the clot i also have factor 5 as well as my oldest
