My One Year Old Pit Just Had Puppies A Month

My one year old pit just had puppies a month ago,and now one of her front breast is swollen bad really hard,she freaks out if I try to touch it,she's also panting breathing heavy won't eat or move around. Her nose and mouth is dry her gums are light pink
