My One Year Old Sometimes Stops Breathing When She Gets

My one year old sometimes stops breathing when she gets really upset. She will start to cry and then runs out of air and will not inhale. It is a very scary thing to experience. I have heard that blowing in their face makes then snap out of it, but is there something else I can do?
