My One Year Old Son Just Recently Finished Taking Antibiotics

My one year old son just recently finished taking antibiotics for ear infection and he is still pulling on his ears and putting his fingers in them . His ears are also draining alot but they get clogged from the hard dried wax. Could he need more antibiotics?
