My only one daughter is a patient of e-Bita thalassamia.( e trait) Her spleen is large, total tbilirubi is 3.1, SGPT (ALT) is 48, ferritin is 5566. Now she is suffering stomach (left) pain. We transfusion 2 unit pack call blood 2day after 21 says.
Ques: 1. should we remove her spleen in moment?
2. What can we do about her?
