My Outer Labia Started Itching Two Months Ago, And It

My outer labia started itching two months ago, and it would bleed if I touched it, since then something that looks a bit like scabs or scars have developed quite a lot. It was still very itchy, so I went to see my GP, who gave me thrush cream. I've been using it for a week now. The itchiness has gone, but the scar/scabs are still there and even maybe a bit bigger. This is on both side, though the left side is worse, and its between my outer and inner labia. I am 25 years old. I'm pretty sure something is seriously wrong and would very much like some help.
