My Paed. Advised To Give Uprise D3 1 Ml From

My paed. Advised to give uprise d3 1 ml from birth to my girl. I am giving her daily 1ml dose. She is 6.5 months now.
He advised syrup ossopan D ( 5ml once a day ) along with uprise d3

Ossopan d contains vitamin d. Should i give uprise also with it

She was on EBF till now. Just introduced solids about a week back.

Plz suggest about above 2 medicines. How to take them both if baby is on breastmilk and also if i introduce outside milk

She was 3.1 kgs at birth
1.5 months 4 kgs
3 months 5 kgs
4 months 5.5 kgs
5 months 5.9 kgs
6 months 6.2 kgs
