My Pain Management Regiment Includes 5 10 MG Narco Per

My pain management regiment includes 5 10 MG Narco per day in combination with a 20 MCG Butrans Patch, in addition I take 20 mg Adderall for focus and clarity, 1 mg Clonazapam at night for sleep aid. 75MCG Synthroid. I have used the Butrans patch for over two years. Before that I was using 8 10 MG Narco
Soma 3x a day, and Gabapentine. I changed locations/Doctors in January. Two successive tox screens were false neg for Butrans at which time Butrans refill was denied. Can not cope with my pain level nor loss of sleep. I know previous clinic tested @ 5ng/ml and I never had a false negative. what is the standard low level for Butrans? YYYY@YYYY
