My Palette Is Swollen And Aching Bilaterally. My Jaw Is

My palette is swollen and aching bilaterally. My jaw is sore on the left side and keeps clicking when I open it. I have headaches that comes and go. Negative on strep. No allergies. Symptoms preceeded a cold that is now over with. Can swallow but cant spit or put any pressure on my pallette. My lymphnodes are swollen but under my chin not on the sides. Any idea what's up?
