My Parathyroid Is Very High Like 230 & That's After

My parathyroid is very high like 230 & that's after surgery & removing half of my parathyroid. Before my number was 294.8! Surgery was done on April 27, 2015. He wants to do more surgery to see if he can find the rest of parathyroid which he couldn't find before. My main symptom is extreme tiredness & not being able to focus. Also I've become very disorganized. My house is a mess! What should I do?
