My Partner Had A Major Truck Accident Two Weeks Ago

My partner had a major truck accident two weeks ago and sustained fractured ribs and severe bruising on lower back and right hip. He is very swollen on the right side and stomach. He also has a burning sensation around his right rear back when he stands or sits. No burning while he is still. I'm worried he has damaged his liver or spleen. His urine was very orange for the first week, but is of normal colour now. Any information would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
