My Partner Had A Temperature Last Night But Is Now

My partner had a temperature last night but is now cold and sweaty. He needed to urinate every ten mins or so but this has calmed down somewhat. He is very fatigued. So far I have not managed to persuade him to go to the doctor. He says he just has flu but does not seem to have any symptoms of a cough or obvious chest infection. Thanks.
