My partner had surgery in Egypt,, peratitus bust appendix,,he was then operated on again for internal bleeding 24 hours later,,he had a blood transfusion. Since the operation three months ago he is constantly tired and run down. He has styes on his eyes scabs up his nose. Why is this,,thank you
