My Partner Has A Bad Virus, Which Started With Coughing,

My partner has a bad virus, which started with coughing, a fever of 101.5, & extreme fatigue about a week ago.
She is better but still has a great deal of fatigue & her coughs are deep & loud. Not sure if its the flu or a nasty cold. When is she no longer contagios?
