My Partner Has Been Given 400 Micrograms Of Folic Acid

My partner has been given 400 micrograms of folic acid by her doctor when she first went to the doctor about being pregnant but the midwife said to check she has the correct dosage and in my partners antenatal book she received from her midwife it said 5mg for first 12 weeks and my partner is now 9 weeks. This sounds wrong to me. Is this correct or am I wright.
