My partner has heart problems his bp last night was 239/116 he was light headed and dizzy upon lying down it slowly decreased to 125/79 pulse 70 this morning it has been 141/72 pulse 48 and just now it was 125/45 pulse 68 what does this mean this erratic BP is scaring me and we live 67 miles from the ER
