My Partner Has Very Little Eye Contact, Can't Remember The

My partner has very little eye contact, can't remember the kids birthdays, But knows history and math like a very smart school kid. He gets lost easily,(driving or walking) spends every dime he has and snaps at you when responding to a conflict. Oh and he is somewhat of a haughter. No social skills and not intimate. Does he have Asperger?
