My Partner Is Suffering With Itchy Soles On His Feet

My partner is suffering with itchy soles on his feet he has tried stuff for athletes foot and pharmacist recommended canesten 1% but it is not working he had what looked like a veruca and treated it but it was not a veruca any suggestions ? Thank you in advance
