My Partner Lives In Australia. He Is Currently Visiting Me

My partner lives in Australia. He is currently visiting me in UK and has developed itchy red blotches that appear in different parts of his body. They are particularly bad at night on tops of his feet. He has tried several creams and antihistamine but nothing stops the itchiness. Any ideas what we can try next?
