My partner underwent radical cystectomy 2 weeks ago. A few days ago, he developed severe pressure rectal pain. He feels like he needs to constantly have a bowel movement. We tried anusol, spitz baths - ineffective. He is not sleeping - spending most of his time in tub. He is passing soft stools small amount at a time. He is not eating well as he is afraid that it will exacerbate symptoms. What is your opinion?
