My Patella Feels Like It Is Degenerating Or Getting Smaller.

My patella feels like it is degenerating or getting smaller. I have had pain in it for several years and have a gait problem I believe because of an injury ( Fractured Tibia). I have 10 screws in my tibia also. What's going on ? YYYY@YYYY
