My Pathology Report When I Had Renal Cancer Removed And

My pathology report when I had renal cancer removed and two lymph nodes said that cancer was in both lymph nodes. My oncologist and others looked at the lymph nodes again about 5 weeks later and said they don't think it was cancer in lymph nodes. Can that be true and what would it be
