My Patient Has A Rash On His Back That Is

My patient has a rash on his back that is itchy, and appears raised, weel-like and 'stripey'. It looks like someone beat him with a switch. It's not red, but white (he is a young man of color) and each extends from one side of his back to the other.... He is being treated for thyrotoxicosis / possible Graves.
