My Patient Undergo A Repeated Tb Treatment Taking Up Refampecine

My patient undergo a repeated tb treatment taking up refampecine and streptomycen but after almost 6month of medication still the condition is in regression condition according to the xray result. We take up sputum test and multidrug resistant test or mdr test yet all the results are negative. But accordind to his pulmonologist there is no improvement just maybe slowdown the the progress of his tuberculosis. Just maybe because of the drug he is taking.. what next procedure should we check to know his real tb condition?
