My Pelvic Is Aching All The Way To My Anus.

My pelvic is aching all the way to my anus. It started with a lower stomach pain on my right side when I woke up. By the middle of the day it was hurting in my pelvic area, no more lower stomach pain. By that night it was a pain all the way to my anus. It hurts to walk or move my legs. This has happen a couple times before. It will last a couple of days. I have to sit around.
