My Pelvic Report States That Both Ovaries Are Mildly Enlarged

My pelvic report states that both ovaries are mildly enlarged with multiple peripherally arranged cysts with measurement 3-5mm each. I took the scan on day 5 of my periods and i have irregular cycles.

my doctor has given me metformin hydrocholoride 1000 mg each day since day 5 in addition to folic and another tablet.

Is this a serious one. Can i get pregnant shortly or will it take years?
