My Pelvis Area Started To Itch Couple Of Days Ago....which

My pelvis area started to itch couple of days ago....which was irritable enough, but now it's turned to like a burning feeling, and very uncomfortable trying to SIT down!! No blood in urine, no great need to "pee"..but do got cold easily. What could cause this? UTI???? Also, I've been tired a lot lately. When I do "pee", sometimes it does burn. I just started taking thyroid medicine. Could the medicine cause this???
