My Pelvis Scan Report Is Uterus Appeared Anteverted. Normal Appearing

My pelvis scan report is uterus appeared anteverted. Normal appearing uterus with homogenous myometrial echoes. Endometrial thickness 14.0 mm. Endometrium appeared thickened and showed irregular echogenic areas with vascularity. Right and Left ovary appeared normal. What it all means? Doc adviced me to do D &C.
