My Penis Feels So Light Like It Ain't No Blood

My penis feels so light like it ain't no blood in it and the base is thinner and it usually point out but lays down like its limp .. I been stressing it having much anxiety it been goin on for a while my cholesterol is very high idk what is it but I worry about it everyday sometimes when it flaccid the middle of my penis sinks in and some days it be real thing and short I know my white blood cells was a little low like I got an infection but I need help ..
