My Pericardial Sac Was Drained For A Pericardial Tamponade 4

My pericardial sac was drained for a pericardial tamponade 4 months ago which showed cancer cells from a primary lung Adenocarcinoma. I have been on blood thinners since then and have undergone intensive chemotherapy for the cancer. Cistoplatin and pemextered?
I am concerned about flying with this condition, UK to France, What would you advise?
