My Period Came On A Day Early Which Was The

My period came on a day early which was the 31st of may it came on with sever cramping and vomiting and I was put on birth control by my doctor that very same day he said it would make the symptoms better it didn't my period is still on today and I don't know why my period usually last about 4 days
