My Period Comes Every Month But I Dont Think Im

My period comes every month but i dont think im ovulating. I have been trying to get pregnant for almost a year and nothing is happening. My doctor prescribed clomid 50mg to be taken for 3mths and still nothing has happened. Could my tubes be blocked? My husband has 2children with 2other women before we met. He is 31 and im 29.
