My Period Continue After 7 Days And Then I Take

My period continue after 7 days and then i take contraceptive peel and stop bleeding but after 12-15 days I feel a clod at the opening of the vagina, again my period start when stop take peel after 21 days and a blood clod discharge through vagina . In ultrasound of pelvic organ before discharging of clod doctor found little bulky uterus with hypertrophied cervix . What can I do?
