My Period Didn't Come At All In The Month Of

My period didn't come at all in the month of October. It was due to come the 22nd of October, it finally came on the 5 November and lasted till the 9th of November. It was lighter than normal and I didn't have any menstrual cramps as I usually do... now I've been having morning sickness, an increase in urination and stomach pains.. could I be pregnant?
