My Period Ended One Week Ago. 2 Days Ago I

My period ended one week ago. 2 days ago I had a discharge of pinkish and sticky then nothing else until this morning. I started cramping and bleeding like my period has started again. I am not on the pill. I am married. This morning the first trip to the bathroom was moderate bleeding same with the second 4 hrs later except with tissue looking pilots in it. And my pad was only soaked slightly in the middle. What could this be?
