My Period Is 2 Months Late - I Took Two

My period is 2 months late - I took two pregnancy tests and they both said negative. I stopped taking depo 3 months ago that I was only on for 6 months. I also took a plan B after the last time I had sex. I can't be pregnant can I? Why aren't I having a period?
