My Period Is 2 Months Late I Have Taken 3

My period is 2 months late I have taken 3 pregnancy tests and all came back negative. I have been experiencing Nausea,acid reflux,,bowel changes,gas,and I experience horrible pain in my stomach after eating any spicy or greasy foods should I do a blood pregnancy test? Or could this be something else
