My period is 3 1/2 weeks late, I took 4 home pregnancy tests all of which came back positive. Many symptoms- sore achy breasts, nausea, metallic taste, & fatigue. Went to doc, urine test came back negative. Took blood test and they said it will be back in 24 hours. Can blood tests come back that quickly?
