My Period Is Usually Very Heavy For 6 Days And

My period is usually very heavy for 6 days and this month I started it and it was 4 days late but very light but I have the same cramps why is that? I also had unprotected sex 4 times the begging of the month and once the following month before that which were the 24th of October and the 3rd and 7th and 16th of this month what's going on?
