My Period Is Very Consistent, I Usually Get It The

My period is very consistent, I usually get it the same time every month but last month it came about 8 days early on the 31st of December. I was wondering what if it's possible for it to go back to the normal time this month as I've been experiencing pms symptoms as I normally do the week prior to starting
