My Period Start Like Normal On Dec. 27th But I

My period start like normal on Dec. 27th but I got sick on the 28th and ran a fever for five hours or so before I got it under control. I also had diarrhea for a couple days by the 29th my period stopped completely and still hasn't started back up should I be worried about being pregnant? I'm no longer sick and have been a little worried.
