My Period The Last Few Times Has Been A Lot

My period the last few times has been a lot lighter than usual. After last months cycle I got thrush, and got treatment for it. My period is due now and this morning I woke up with severe cramping twice, but my period is coming out a very light brown and light flow, is this okay? I'm 18 years old
