My Period Usualy Last 6 Days Wirh A Heavy Flow.

My period usualy last 6 days wirh a heavy flow. My last period i bled for 4 days with a medium to light flow and and day 5-6 i had a creamy pink discharge. 2 days after period ended i had intercourse and my boyfriend ejaculated in me and about 5 days later i started to have sharp pains in the center of my uterus and sharp pains on the side of my breast that lasted about 3 days and now its gone. Could thta be a sign that i conceived or its just a sign of ovulation only?
