My Period Was 6 Days Late The Entire Time I

My period was 6 days late the entire time I had pregnancy like symptoms tender breasy , nausea, exhaustion but the whole time I was cramping also.I stopped cramping for one day then the next day my period had started ,test came back negative is there still a possibility I'm pregnant and it's just too early to tell?
