My Period Was Due On 17th I Had Cramping Up

My period was due on 17th I had cramping up until the 20th and finally started my period. I had a real heavy flow for half the day along with nauseation. I finally got sick and felt a little better. Shortly later I had to pee, I had a glob of white/clearish discharge the size of a small bouncy ball pass. Since than I'm no longer bleeding. What could this mean?
