My Period Was Exactly A Week Late But I Had

My period was exactly a week late but I had a regular period last month. I haven't done anything sexually since that period. (I did have intercourse right before my period started last month.) But I have no pregnancy symptoms and I bled heavily the first two days and now it's super light. Is that normal?
