My Period Was Two Weeks Late. Beast Tender Swell Belly

My period was two weeks late. Beast tender swell belly eating more sleeping more and sight cramps. Then I started bleeding a little than pass a clot. Hard cramps but not too bad the ibuprofen couldn't handle. I never bleed heavy and after three day of a little bleeding it's seems to be going away. Did I miscarriage?
