My Periods Are Always Regular. I Haven't Been On Birth

My periods are always regular. I haven't been on birth control in almost 2 years. A couple of days before what should have been my period, I started spotting. It lasted 7 days but wasn't enough to even worry with using a tampon. Almost 2 weeks later I had a blackish discharge. The next day I started bleeding heavily and have been for 3 days now. It hasn't slacked up any until later tonight. Could I be pregnant?
